2.) Moderna Throwing Away 30 Million Doses of COVID Vaccine Because ‘Nobody Wants Them’
Our betters in the World Economic Forum (WEF) gathered in Davos this week to decide what’s best for the planet and everyone on it (especially themselves). But Stéphane Bancel, CEO of Moderna, was sad. He was disappointed that the plebs don’t want his company’s revered COVID-19 vaccines.
“It’s sad to say, I’m in the process of throwing 30 million doses into the garbage, because nobody wants them,” lamented Bancel as he participated in a panel discussion. “We have a big demand problem.” Actually, that sounds like a big over-supply problem to me, but what do I know?
Bancel elaborated on the outreach efforts the pharma giant was making to “every country,” including going around to all the embassies in Washington, D.C., to entreat governments to distribute the excess shots to their citizens. But sadly, he concluded, “nobody wants to take them.”
“The challenge we have now is [a] very different situation than we had two years ago. The problem we had two years ago is there was no mRNA capacity in the world. Zero.”
“The situation is very different today,” explained Bancel. “Moderna has three billion doses annual capacity, Pfizer has four billion doses, that’s seven billion doses, and the Chinese don’t want the vaccines with mRNA. So if you just take the, just the Chinese population out, you have more than a dose per person, and as we just discussed, the issue in many countries is people don’t want vaccines.
Bancel called out the ugly Americans. “In the U.S., people don’t want vaccines,” he said. “Around the world, we have a lot of people who don’t want the vaccine,” Bancel mourned, before reiterating that the problem was not a “capacity limit.”

Defending The Republic files class action suit
on behalf of military chaplains
On May 18, 2022, Associated Gospel Churches (“AGC”) and Defending the Republic (“DTR”), filed a class action complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of military chaplains in Alvarado v. Austin, III, No. 8:22-cv-1149 (MD Fla) (“Alvarado“).
In Alvarado, military chaplains challenge the legality of the Department of Defense’s (“DoD”) mandate that all military take a COVID-19 vaccination. The chaplains contend it is a fraud, not a vaccine as that term is historically known and the Mandate is unconstitutional. There are now 26 such lawsuits in various District Courts.
The Chaplains’ lawsuit challenges DoD’s utter contempt for religious liberty evidenced in its “no religious accommodations policy” contrary to law; its failure to obey the Religious Freedom Restoration Act; and its failure to acknowledge or implement Congress’ directive in the the 2013 and 2014 National Defense Authorization Act’s (“NDAA”) section 533, establishing specific religious liberty provisions and protections for military personnel and chaplains.
DoD has failed to obey Congress’ subsequent commands in the 2016 and 2018 NDAAs to implement Section 533’s protections for chaplains and produce religious liberty instruction for the Chaplains, Judge Advocates General, and command preparation courses.
The Chaplains allege DoD has acted in bad faith; subverted the military; established both a religion and a forbidden religious test for public office; violated every First Amendment guarantee; shown contempt for Congress and acted in overt bad faith.
DoD’s actions contravene express Congressional directives, the Constitution and the rule of law. This hostility to lawful authority should concern every citizen.

1.) Can We Now See that Economics Does Not Diverge from Public Health?

It’s the same with inflation and food shortages: if you cannot afford to eat or the shelves at the grocery are empty, that results in a diminution of public health. If products essential to life – parts to fix trucks or medical equipment – are unavailable due to supply-chain snarls caused by lockdowns, you have a public-health disaster brewing.
The policies to deal with covid jettisoned not only economics but also traditional wisdom in public health, and we ended up sacrificing both in the long run. You cannot have a healthy society by the crushing of market functioning. That ended up ruining lives and it is still going on today.
Polls show that people say inflation is the number one problem and covid is the least of their concerns; but this disguises the common root of both: both issues trace to the radical mismanagement of the social order by the ruling class, at the expense of everyone else.
The shortage of baby formula underscores the point: it takes a functioning economy to feed the children. If you give that up, people will starve. That the likes of Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates did not think of that – and that the mobs shouted to throw out economics to maintain health – reveals a deep and dangerous ignorance of how a good society functions.

The disruption of closures and quarantines affected millions of others without the same results but the tendency is there: people are robbed of a moral center and a clarity about life’s meaning. This displacement can leave nothing but instinct fueled by resentment and hate. Along with this comes the search for the “other” on which to blame all problems. Whether that is the racial identity, political deviants, the covid non-compliant, the unvaccinated, or make up any other category, we see the same dynamic at work: the attempt to stigmatize, exclude, dehumanize, and eventually eliminate.
