Despite media claims that “We Can’t Turn the Corner on COVID,” the numbers of COVID-19 cases, new hospitalizations, and deaths nationwide peaked and started to decline around the beginning of September. The combination of this milestone, new findings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showing widespread levels of vaccination and natural immunity, and improved availability of treatments suggests that, outside of isolated pockets, COVID-19 is likely to become a diminishing health risk in the United States.
The CDC looked for evidence of prior infection or vaccination in the blood of approximately 1.5 million blood donors from around the country between July 2020 and May 2021. Based on the antibodies found in the specimens, they were able to distinguish between those who had been vaccinated and those with antibodies resulting from infection. As of the end of May, the combined vaccine and infection seroprevalence (indicating the proportion of the population with antibodies and some level of immune protection) was 83 percent for those 16 and older (children under 16 can’t donate blood). Over 20 percent had antibodies indicating an earlier infection and recovery. Based on the infection-induced seroprevalence, the researchers estimated that there were actually 2.1 infections per reported COVID-19 case.
Now, following the surge from the Delta variant, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases (all ages) is over 40 million, or 8 million more than on May 31. Applying the 2.1 multiple from the blood donation study to the entire population results in a real number of cases and people with natural immunity of 84 million, or 25 percent of the population. In addition, 177 million people are fully vaccinated, which is 53 percent of the total population and 34 million more than at the end of May. An additional 10 percent of the population has received a single dose, which provides some protection, albeit less than the full two doses. While there is overlap because some previously infected people have been vaccinated, roughly 80 percent of the country has vaccine or natural immunity. Both types of immunity provide effective protection against COVID-19. The risk of breakthrough infections among the vaccinated is small, and when they occur, the vaccines continue to be effective in preventing serious illness, even for the Delta variant. The CDC also acknowledges that reinfection of recovered COVID-19 patients is rare.
Though a few vaccines induce a better immune response than natural infection, experts generally say that “natural infection almost always causes better immunity than vaccines.” This appears to be true with COVID-19.

Pfizer expects to apply for U.S. authorization of its COVID-19 vaccine for children aged between six months and five years old in November, the Financial Times reports.
“We would expect to have…data for children between the ages of six months and five years old that we would file with the FDA,” CFO Frank D’Amelio, said.
“I’ll call it in the weeks shortly thereafter the filing of the data for the five- to 11-year-olds.”
Speaking at the Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, D’Amelio added that the timeline assumed “all of the data is positive”.
Scott Gottlieb, a Pfizer director and former FDA commissioner, broadly confirmed the timeline given by D’Amelio. He said that regulatory authorization of the Pfizer/BioNTech jab in children as young as six months old could come in “late 2021, early 2022”.
The vaccine, developed in partnership with BioNTech, was the first to be authorized for use in children aged 12 and over.
Recently, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said that the company could release COVID-19 vaccine data in children under the age of 5 years by late October.

Here are my answers to some frequently asked questions about the resumption of the legislative session, which still has not been formally announced, but is expected to resume on September 29th.
1.) Yes, the legislature can vote for medical freedom legislation this month without Asa.
2.) Yes, the legislature can pass medical freedom legislation with 51%.
3.) The law will not be effective immediately unless the legislation passes with a 2/3 majority. (This is why we’ve been pushing so hard for a 2/3 vote. We probably have 51%, but getting to 2/3 will take most of the RINOs voting with the R’s. Remember, the legislature is roughly 40% R, 25% D, and 35% RINO.)
4.) It only takes 51% to override the inevitable Asa veto, but it still takes 2/3 to become effective immediately.
5.) We expect many bills to be filed and considered. This is a good strategy, because all may not stick. Let your state senator and state representative know which rights are most important to you.
6.) Yes, we do expect a legal challenge from Tom Mars, regardless of what the legislature passes; and yes, we do expect a left-wing lunatic Pulaski County judge to toss some or all of the legislation.

National File has obtained a recording of a Zoom video conference call between physicians and a marketing director at Novant Heath New Hanover Regional Medical Center, a group of 20 hospitals, clinics, and offices that treat patients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
In the recording, Mary Rudyk, MD tells Director of Marketing Carolyn Fisher and another hospital employee that she wants the hospitals to become more “scary to the public” by inflating the number of COVID-19 patients, and by using messaging that falsely tells individuals “if you don’t get vaccinated, you know you’re going to die.”

Just so you know regarding Biden’s national vaccine mandate legality:
1.) There is NO licensed FDA approved vaccine AVAILABLE in the US (because liability attaches when licensed, and the company isn’t going to let it be available).
2.) Federal law requires that ONLY FDA licensed vaccines may be mandatory (link below). (Any private company mandating an EAU vaccine product is likely assuming liability).
As background, Biden’s test run for this nationwide mandate was the military mandate in August, where he had senior leadership bluffing all, to force an EAU vaccine on that population (that action is itself illegal – lawsuit filed – but it’s working). Again, there is NO licensed FDA approved vaccine available in the US (because liability attaches).
Here is some further clarity for your consideration, along with the source documents:
BACKGROUND: Military SECDEF issued vaccine mandate memo August 24th (2nd link below): As with most sleights of hand, the key info they tried to hide was buried. You have to get to paragraph five before you see “Mandatory vaccination will only use vaccines that receive full licensure from the FDA”. Why is that key? Because federal law requires only licensed products may be mandated. The only one licensed is Bio *N Tech COMIRNATY (see 2nd link below) – NOT AVAILABLE IN THE US AT PRESENT (link below) (it probably wont be available for a long time, if ever, due to liability). There are NO FDA approved vaccines available in the US at present, meaning the DOD memo is / was a hollow scare tactic to get troops to go along. Sadly, it worked like a charm with tens of thousands fraudulently and deceptively forced to vaccinate.
Important NOW (with Biden’s civilian vaccine “mandate”):
