Just so you know regarding Biden’s national vaccine mandate legality:
1.) There is NO licensed FDA approved vaccine AVAILABLE in the US (because liability attaches when licensed, and the company isn’t going to let it be available).
2.) Federal law requires that ONLY FDA licensed vaccines may be mandatory (link below). (Any private company mandating an EAU vaccine product is likely assuming liability).
As background, Biden’s test run for this nationwide mandate was the military mandate in August, where he had senior leadership bluffing all, to force an EAU vaccine on that population (that action is itself illegal – lawsuit filed – but it’s working). Again, there is NO licensed FDA approved vaccine available in the US (because liability attaches).
Here is some further clarity for your consideration, along with the source documents:
BACKGROUND: Military SECDEF issued vaccine mandate memo August 24th (2nd link below): As with most sleights of hand, the key info they tried to hide was buried. You have to get to paragraph five before you see “Mandatory vaccination will only use vaccines that receive full licensure from the FDA”. Why is that key? Because federal law requires only licensed products may be mandated. The only one licensed is Bio *N Tech COMIRNATY (see 2nd link below) – NOT AVAILABLE IN THE US AT PRESENT (link below) (it probably wont be available for a long time, if ever, due to liability). There are NO FDA approved vaccines available in the US at present, meaning the DOD memo is / was a hollow scare tactic to get troops to go along. Sadly, it worked like a charm with tens of thousands fraudulently and deceptively forced to vaccinate.
Important NOW (with Biden’s civilian vaccine “mandate”):

1.) Dr. David Martin drops bombshell: The FDA has only approved a COVID-19 vaccine that does NOT exist in the U.S. marketplace
Arkansas can – and must – push back against these unconstitutional mandates. Act 608 of 2021 allows the legislature and Attorney General to essentially invalidate and have Biden’s executive orders declared unconstitutional. The legislature will reconvene on Monday, September 27th. We should insist that they: (a) declare the Biden executive order unconstitutional, and (b) pass medical freedom / medical right to privacy legislation to protect all Arkansans from these mandates.
Call, text, and email your legislators today. The “terrific ten” (see 8/31 Action Call) are already in agreement. The fence-sitter Republicans need to hear from you, though. They are the ones who will ultimately make the decision. It will require a 2/3 vote of both houses to make the legislation effective immediately. Please be polite when you contact them. Don’t alienate the very R’s we need to vote for freedom.

When you read through the Pfizer EUA documents, you will not only see the Vaccine Efficacy Data but you will see something much more important. You will find the number of people who were later diagnosed with COVID and those who died. There was no statistically significant difference in the number of people who died who were un-vaccinated compared with those who received the vaccines.
As we continue the Mass Vaccination program of using these Drug Vaccine Biologics, that according to the EUA data itself fail to show a statistical reduction in COVID-19 cases or death, with an increasing number of adverse events including death; we are simultaneously producing a Pressure Selection of Variants that will produce what appears to be a never ending cycle of Pressure Selection-Vaccination.

It attacks the chicken’s memory T-cells, which go on to form visceral tumours and infiltrate nerves in the wings and legs, causing paralysis… these vaccines leak, which is to say that they protect chickens from the most serious symptoms of Marek’s disease but do not stop MDV replication or transmission. Vaccinated chickens carry and shed MDV for life. Since the introduction of these vaccines, MDV has become vastly more pathogenic for unvaccinated chickens. Today Marek’s disease has a nearly 100% infection fatality rate for the unvaccinated, killing all infected chicks within a few weeks of infection.”
In this week’s Public Health Committee meeting, Rep. Mary Bentley attempted to bring Israel’s data into the the dialogue but was immediately shut down, cut off, by Chair Rep. Cecile Bledsoe. The other policy disaster during an evolutionary experiment like this, is segregation of the vaccinated from the unvaccinated during the experiment. Eventually the vaccinated breed more and more distant viruses that once reintroduced to the unvaccinated cohort, you have small pox meeting the native Americans. It would be better to have them mixed as the unvaccinated get to build immunity against viruses in the mobile cohort as they evolve and there is less risk for highly divergent reintroduction. Recall, if you limit mobility, the virus will evolve to ensure the mobility of the host(less symptomatic). If you only allow the vaccinated to be mobile and go to concerts etc… the virus no longer needs to ensure mobility and that feature may devastating if re-introduced to the unvaxxed cohort. They are doing exactly the opposite of what should be done.
